The team arrived early, listened carefully to the job i was interested in and provided the solution without adding additional items that were unnecessary. This is different from our initial install team from June of 2018. A very aggressive and costly experience. I am happy I gave Andy's a second chance

Zone 2: (1) Rotor Zone 4: (2) 4” Pop Up Heads
Switched out (4) sprinkler heads on zone 1, (1) sprinkler head on zone 2, and (1) rotor on zone 5. Checked each zone after our work, and there were no leaks in the system.
Work performed: Zone 1, located and replaced one rotor head and added one 12” head with rotary nozzle Zone 5, replaced zone valve Zone 11, located and replaced zone valve, replaced 6” riser and replaced two spray nozzles - Add 9V battery to controller and replaced 3V for wireless sensor - Replaced one module to controller ** Please see attached estimates/forms for system and controller details ** - My card is also attached, so feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns
Replace master valve. Master valve is an older hunter valve that has already had the top swapped. Replaced zone three Valve. Disconnected Rain freeze sensor. (Will give quote to reinstall once system is working properly) Located wiring issue at the junction along the house. Old original wiring was bad and needed to be replaced. We also replaced the wiring through the wall to the inside juntion box. Rewired the controller properly.
Customer is losing excessive pressure when the system turns on. We believe it to be the pressure regulator. We tested the pressure at the Backflow assembly (1st and last test cocks) and found that when the water is static (not moving) test cock had 80 PSI and the last had 40 PSI, which is a lot more pressure being lost than what’s is typical. We also found that when the water does move, the first, and last test cock have below 20 PSI. We will be sending estimates for the pressure regulator to be replaced, and if need be, the Backflow assembly.

Replaced two rotors and a 4” head in the front yard, replaced a 6” head and (2) 4” heads in the backyard. Repaired two drip breaks.
Replaced pressure regulator to house and system got pressure down to 62 from 112
Repairs on system, zone #3 (1) 4” prs rotor, zone #4 (1) 4” prs pop up, zone#5 (1) 6” prs pop up. Electrical repairs Locate breaks in wires for zones to get back online. Run new wire for zone #2, sleeve underneath sidewalk for new wire to zone #2, 100’ of single strand wire. New valve box for valve on zone #2. Replace broken riser with 18” riser in flower bed. All new grease caps on all connections on wire.
Replaced faulty Hunter node for zone 3. In addition swapped the tops of the bypassed master valve and the zone valve to get it to work (valves not under warranty).
Today’s visit we checked the irrigation system and worked on the following zone. Zone 3 replaced a 4” prs head and zone 4 replaced a 4” prs head. Warranty applies on these 2 heads only.
Work performed: Zone 1, repaired two lateral pipe breaks and added one rotor head Zone 2, repaired lateral pipe break Zone 5, repaired later line break and relocated pipe around newly installed septic tanks - Repaired and rerouted the mainline around newly installed septic tanks to restore flow to zone’s 1, 2 & 5 zone valves - Added four new 6” valve boxes in order to replace defective boxes and also raise above grade for easy access - My card is attached, so feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns
